And, took time to explain the process. He said eck bond may send a rep or, authorize them to do repair. He came to the waiting room to tell me eck bond was replacing the seat and that he would request the part to be ordered. He said he will call when the seat comes in. Ouch broken Windshield My wife's 2008 Smart Car was hit by gravel on the freeway. The Windshield was cracked and she didn't want to drive it until it was fixed. Raul Ayala then was the best person who gave all the detail in operating the new car before we drove it out the lot. The professionalism is apparent in all aspects of the whole experience and it also shows that each individual truly enjoys doing what they do. We were so impressed with everyone that we continue to take our car for service when we live 40+ minutes away from the dealership. Sure enough, the service team is equally awesome.
