Icome from Arizona for Honda service. I keep going back for service, even though I have to drive 800 miles. I like the friendly service. I also like the free soda and popcorn. I was towed they got me in and out back on the road. The service was quick and got me to work on time.Had a drink and read the paper while i was waiting in a cool and clean area. Oil change and tire rotation I went to get my civic’s oil changed and tires rotated. When I first was helped the guy at the desk seemed like I was bothering him by bringing my car I went to get my civic’s oil changed and tires rotated. When I first was helped the guy at the desk seemed like I was bothering him by bringing my car in. Bad customer service. It also took them an hour and a half to get everything done. I probably would have waited there longer but after that much time I finally asked how long it was going to take and my car was magically done. Who knows how long I sat there while my car was finished. More
