Satisfied My car had a recall issue so I brought it in. Service was fast, efficient, friendly. Got a nice loaner car at no charge which made me very happy. Oil change/tire rotation I have never been satisfied with your service. I always have to return because mechanics not doing their complete inspection or Not resetting service I have never been satisfied with your service. Great! The wait for parts was shorter than anticipated and Alex even showed me the damage after my tire was repaired to show me the extent of the damage. Poor service Have taken my new car twice for oil change and tire rotation. Included was a car wash. 1st time there was axle grease around driver door handle and ha Have taken my new car twice for oil change and tire rotation. Included was a car wash. 1st time there was axle grease around driver door handle and hatch back opener handle. Plus, I trusted them to check tire pressure. But they overinflated them. On this last visit, they noted that tires were overinflated and nearly worn to wear bars on the center of tread. Plus they said the oil change was not due, because the oil life indicator showed 60%. However, the service due sticker they put in the window was past due for service. Seems factory reccomends 10k miles, but sticker was for 5k. Not happy with this sloppy attention to detail. More
