After visiting other dealerships I was shocked at the fact that they tagged on additional charges for dealer upgrades that were supposedly added making the incentives disappear and raising the price. I was not interested in the upgrades but they said the upgrades were non negotiable. I walked away and decided to do some research and look elsewhere. Contacted Mark Christopher Chevrolet via chat and instantly got a response saying the trucks I was looking at on their website were available. Also received a call the next day from Alex Sarabia saying he would be happy to show me the vehicles. Alex greeted my wife and I warmly. He knew exactly which trucks I was interested in and quickly pulled the keys to all the trucks I wanted to check out. He took his time and gave me a full explanation of every feature the trucks had on them during each test drive. I was impressed by the fact that he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the service/experience he provided. He was respectful and did not pressure me into buying something I did not want. He crunched numbers and answered as many questions I threw at him without hesitation. He is a man of integrity! I have bought many new cars and I have never experienced such wonderful service like I did from Alex! He is knowledgeable beyond belief and a great person to deal with! In 1999 I purchased my Chevy Silverado from MCC and it is still going strong! Happy that I returned to purchase another Silverado from Alex at MCC. More

Took his time while explaining and demonstrating the nuances of the 2024 Cadillac LYRIQ we were looking at, while comparing the different models for us so we could make a decision on a vehicle that worked for us. Test drive wqs extremely informative. Best I have ever had - saying a lot at 68 yrs young. Very transparent on the signing process and did not play the games we all all dislike so much. Can't say enough great things about our experience from beginning to end. Old fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE goes a LONG way in earning and retaining a customer. We were interested in the new Chevy Traverse, but it was not released by Chevy yet. Alex updated us every couple weeks the first few months and then every week recently with the status of the vehicles release date. He told us when they were expected to arrive at the dealership. Alex contacted us immediately when the vehicle arrived. He stayed late that night so we could come after work. The whole process was effortless, there were no hidden fees or dealer mark ups. We purchased the exact vehicle we wanted and are very happy customers. Note - we had never met Alex or purchased a vehicle from him before. So he did not know us prior to helping us.
