The dealership had my car for TWO days with NO clear indication in why my ABS, SERVICE ADV TRAC, and TRAC light were on. Then when i needed my car back, they demanded zi pay $165 bc the mechanic "neede indication in why my ABS, SERVICE ADV TRAC, and TRAC light were on. Then when i needed my car back, they demanded zi pay $165 bc the mechanic "needed"to be paid for the diagnosis he did NOT get. I highly DO NOT recommend this dealership! More

I’ve had my car in for warranty repair several times for several issues. Not once have I received it back with the issues resolved. Communication has improved dramatically but my issues are not repaired. I’ several issues. Not once have I received it back with the issues resolved. Work was done well. No quality complaints. Timing wasn’t great. Brought truck in for diagnostics. Had a 7:00 am appointment. You were supposed to call with an updat No quality complaints. Got the update and authorized work. But an entire day was lost. This pushed it into the weekend. I was without my truck for three or four days for repairs of a part you stock. Could have been done in one day. In fact, that was the plan. More

I was pretty bummed to be charged $200 for them to run a diagnostic, when I already knew what was wrong. I just needed a quote. When I asked about it, they quickly cut the charge in half… so had I not said diagnostic, when I already knew what was wrong. I just needed a quote. When I asked about it, they quickly cut the charge in half… so had I not said something they’d easily charge me more. I get it, it’s a money making business… but that didn’t sit well with me. They also cut the quote quickly when I mentioned another competing quote. I just want an honest shop I can take my car to that I trust to give me the best price and take care of my car. I’ll never take it back there if I can avoid it. More
