Second time still the charm I just purchased a 2019 Forester and could not be any happier. This is my second purchase from Sport Subaru and from my favorite salesman Alex Tamer. I wish to thank Jose Martinez the other salesman plus Ramon the GM and Ted Pappas the other manager for their due diligence.The finance managers Will Martinez and Jon Frisby were extremely beneficial in this process. I wish to thank Mr. Frisby for his tireless effort in getting me a great rate with GAP and a extended warranty. Alex Tamer has always been there answering all questions at all hours of the day, He advised me thoroughly on how to utilize all aspects of the vehicle and even called me the next day to make sure I was happy and had all my questions answered. From the first day we walked in and he asked "can I help you?" He told us about the new 2019 Foresters coming in, approximately when, along with the cost and what our options might be. Alex then had taken a picture when the transport came in, a week or so later, with the one that we had talked about still on the truck! We came in the next day, talked and he put everything else together in probably the shortest time spent at a dealership that I can remember! The following day he had even called to see how we were enjoying our new Forester, the first 2019 Forester sold there at the dealership for 2019, and asked if we needed anything. I will change my Dealership now to Sport Subaru to maintain both of my Subarus. Any follow up information or things needed Alex said he would be glad to help! That's what I like!!! I didn't leave feeling tak I bought a new Subaru Forester from Alex and the whole transaction from start to finish was a calm, no pressure experience. I didn't leave feeling taken advantage of as I did with my last car purchase (elsewhere!). I ended up with a car I love and feeling that I was dealt with fairly, which is all I really want - a fair deal! So far, Alex has been there for me with my questions about the car. I am fully expecting a continued positive experience as I engage with the service department (eventually!) and have more questions (probably!) about the Forester.
