The finance team (Jonathan and Edwin) listened to us and worked with us and got us in a brand new vehicle while working out a great deal and putting us exactly where we requested to be in all aspects of the financing and pricing. Alex our salesman was upbeat, helpful and knew how to answer all of our questions about the different types of vehicles we looked at. When we went over our new Subaru with Alex he explained everything thoroughly and asked for help from David (one of his associates) when needed help with the signal of Sirius Radio. Quick, simple, fair Everything was great, the salesman Alex really listened to my concerns wants and needs before suggesting a car for me. He stayed in constant contact Everything was great, the salesman Alex really listened to my concerns wants and needs before suggesting a car for me. He stayed in constant contact with me through text messages over the month it took me to make my decisions. The price of the car was fair and correct with no hidden fees. He even picked me up at my house so I could avoid an Uber. My cons: like any dealership they didn’t offer a reasonable amount of money for my trade. Lastly, I guess this is a bit nitpicking, financing seemed to keep trying to get me to buy added warranties that were heavily overpriced. More
