I had to leave the vehicle for a few minor repairs and detailing of it. He kept me informed of everything concerning the car. I think he was more concerned about the car than I was, he even went the extra mile to come and pick me up at my residence so that I could pick up my car. If that’s not what good customer service is about, then I don’t know what is.
