I have to say that all of them were professional, friendly, communicative, and were prepared to answer questions. Special thanks go to Khaled and Jose with whom I had the most interaction. I came to find out about availability of the 2024 ID.4 and after talking with Khaled ended up leasing a 2023 for 24 months. I really appreciate Khaled's taking the time to understand what I was looking for and to offer alternatives that I hadn't considered.
