Absolutely exceptional service from every employee in this establishment! My husband and I recently followed Sandy Cox to her new location here at crown. We are very pleased with the friendly and welcoming service we received from everyone. We purchased an AT4 for my husband and a 2025 Buick enclave sport! Between trading our vehicles in, bringing them in to be serviced , the paper work to finish signing for our new vehicles and picking the right vehicle for us. Crown Buick GMC truly delivered 10000/10! I highly recommend any family, friends or locals to purchase or do busy with this establishment. Job well done. Thank you! More

However, my experience with your maintenance department gives me concerns. Things don't seem the same. I am not sure what it is, although your service personnel are helpful with small items that could turn into large problems, but something is different. Getting rides home, long waits for repairs, items not put back in place, and billing prices leaves me uncomfortable. Maybe a review of communications and procedures are needed. Thank you Hope it's just me. More
