He was extremely patient and took the time to review all the options available. I was kept constantly updated throughout the extended manufacturing and delivery process (due to COVID). The dealership even offered several add-ons as a "thank you" for our patience waiting for the car to go into production. We look forward to returning to work with Ali on our future Audi purchases. I started looking for my new car early as we all know about inventory issues. I had three different types of cars in mind and the Audi dealership was the last one I visited. Well I walked in and bought a car the same evening. Our salesperson, Ali, was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with. I wish all car transactions went as smoothly. First car shopping experience that I did not feel pressured or taken advantage of. Ali also has been himself available with any issues I have with my car settings. Finance department was as equally as friendly and helpful. Again smooth process. Would highly recommend Audi of Burlington and definitely seek out Ali to help you. More

Our 2019 Audi e-tron was in for a couple of service bulletins and a scheduled service. It all was done promptly, the car was washed and vacuumed inside and ready when promised.
