Customer for life! I shopped around with different dealerships to look at various makes/models. Previous stops I made at other dealerships were a waste of my time as I f I shopped around with different dealerships to look at various makes/models. Previous stops I made at other dealerships were a waste of my time as I felt as if they were trying to sell me anything on their lot instead of "listening" and realizing that I am in search of a specific vehicle that will fit my family and the cargo we regularly transport to different places. Other dealership salespeople left me standing "waiting" for an extended period of time after asking a basic question. My reason for stopping at Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort was to continue my (re)search for the vehicle make/model that met the needs of my family. I left that day with a certified pre-owned vehicle that exceeded my expectations and an experience that I have shared with many others since purchasing from them. EVERYONE was friendly, knowledgeable, no-pressure sales, and answered all of my questions. Dred was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with when purchasing a car (5th car purchase in my lifetime). He went above and beyond to help me determine if the model I came to see would meet my needs. I believe that if I asked to test-drive every car on the lot he would have done it with a smile on his face. My son commented, "we had fun" and that we did. Who says that after purchasing a car??? I try to bring humor into every situation and Dred jumped right in without missing a beat. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and left no stone unturned by the end of the purchase. We covered everything from A-Z and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction - I am very happy with my purchase. Ali and Jason were just as nice and helpful as I had not come to actually purchase a vehicle that day so I was unprepared for all that was needed. Albian made sure that my return visit to install an alarm was a smooth process - the service team was ready and waiting; so was a loaner vehicle so that my transportation wasn't interrupted. Dominick did an excellent job securing financing and was gracious in allowing me time to explain the process and what everything meant to my teenage son. It was after hours and I know he was ready to go home, but he encouraged me to continue and I am grateful to have been allowed to make this a teachable moment for my child. This was an on-the-spot decision to purchase a vehicle. I was the last customer and closed the dealership that day. Never did I feel rushed or that my last minute decision to purchase was infringing upon anyone's time on a Saturday evening. This was the best experience and one that will keep me coming back to Currie Motor Ford for years. I cannot say enough about this great team. Keep up the good work and you will continue to be the best car dealership in the area. Hats off to the entire Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort team! More

Would recommend everyone I know to visit and purchase with Currie. My first encounter with Currie was with Mr. Matt Pollock. He was great at explaining the features of the vehicle and knowledgeable of understanding my needs and choice options. Mr. Pollock also provided backup options and car selections. Not pushy, very informative. It felt like he has been doing the work for years. Great with negotiations. No pressure. Mr. Pollock attempted to keep me within my means and worked to assist me with all the aspects of trade-in. Still nervous about purchasing so I decided to return on another date. After speaking with family, we found out someone purchased previously from Currie. They had previous experience with M. Arrington so I was encouraged to speak with him. Dred Arrington is a phenomenal sales consultant. He was able to work well under pressure after we came to Currie by surprise. Mr. Arrington was patient and still was able to review what Mr. Pollock and I covered. Negotiations were smooth. Great Price. I decided to purchase an Escape. The Sales Managers were also the best. Mr. Adam Sheban was great. He provided great customer service. He kept me interested in the purchase. Even provided other options. One thing that stood out from our encounter is that he even had a backup plan even after reviewing other options. I also worked briefly with Mr. Ali Rafti. I love Ali’s Energy. The sales office was closed and he was still upbeat, happy, and full of energy. Truly has a family atmosphere. Visit Currie Motors! I know you will have a great experience there.
