We had Pete as our Salesman when we bought our 2013 Escape and as then he was very helpful, Even though Matt was relatively new he was knowledgeable, with help and guidance from Pete. We forgot some item in the trade in vehicle and when we called Matt, he retrieved the item without hesitation and kept it until we came in. We wanted to swap Tires/Rims from trade In Mustang to the one we Bought and Ali and Roberto made it happen,not a " no we can't, it's not possible " They were all very nice to talk to and to do business with. Is this 1975 still? This was the worst car shopping experience I have ever had. The salesman was awesome and I would buy a car from him at any other dealership any day of This was the worst car shopping experience I have ever had. The salesman was awesome and I would buy a car from him at any other dealership any day of the week. Very down to earth knowledgeable and an all around great guy. The sales manager however was a different story. He kept presenting numbers that were insulting to my intelligence and proceeded to essentially call me an idiot. He used such high pressure sales tactics that I will never step foot into Currie again and have told 6 people already never to do the same. Ali Rafati needs to take a class on how to treat people in 2016 who are trying to give you 30,000 dollars. I can tell you one thing if I am going to be spending that much money I will never be forced to do so or be bullied into doing it. In fact it did the opposite. I no longer wanted the vehicle after the way he treated me. I got in the car and decided to go to Rizza all because of your sales manager. More
