I am very satisfied with the service that I receive from Alicia Chapman Jones at Southern Ford. She is always very professional and provides outstanding customer service. Prior to Alicia I worked with John Conway and I am very excited to see that he is back as the Service Manager. I chose to purchase my two most recent vehicles because of the service that I received from John. When John left I specifically asked for Alicia and I have not been disappointed. More

Contacted Alicia about the problems with the car I just purchased ( 2023 Lincoln Navigator) and they corrected one thing. My car only had one key and no floor mats. The front camera lens is cracked and the purchased ( 2023 Lincoln Navigator) and they corrected one thing. My car only had one key and no floor mats. The front camera lens is cracked and the rear wiper blade is ripped. The seats are dirty and there a whining sound when driving on the road. I did receive the floor mats after a week of owning my vehicle. More
