Making appointment is easy. Can develop proces to keep customer better informed about the process. Also, the maintenance items are expensive. And there is not diagnosis of the battery deterioration. I have mentioned this each time when I come to service, but receive no updates or options for replacing the battery. Dont buy Volvo EVs they deteriorate very fast!! More

The services provided was fine but I didn't get any updates while tge services were performed. I had to go back to the dealership to find out status and make sure my car will be ready that day.
