I still do not have my car after a week & a day. I brought my car in for regular service - no sensors on & a mild tremor when I hit 60mph (which I did mention & asked that they balance my tires). I I brought my car in for regular service - no sensors on & a mild tremor when I hit 60mph (which I did mention & asked that they balance my tires). I left with my tire sensors going haywire and my car shaking when I hit 45mph. This was after I spent nearly 6hrs sitting at the dealership. I had zero updates from last Thursday to today, when *I* had to reach out & find out what was happening. Now we are being told the sensors went bad due to fix a flat, which led my husband he was told by a service advisor at Hyundai previously was safe to use, which is odd because that was used on the tire per my husband WAY before I ever drove in and had my service done, not to mention when I came in everything was green on the screen from the scales & on Tuesday when I returned, all red. am going on almost 3hrs of not getting a call back about the status of my vehicle. A week+ without my car has caused me to rearrange quite a lot, even with having a loaner, because I live on a farm and drive an SUV normally & was given an Elantra as a loaner. I am in dire need of MY car back. My service advisor has been completely nice but there has not been sufficient communication and I am not happy. More
