They proposed one hour for the repair but actually delivered my vehicle 15 minutes earlier than projected. Absolutely no complaints. More

Bring a tent and a lunch if you are going for service! This is in regards to the Service Department! I have purchased four cars from them and the sales department is great and a true pleasure to work with This is in regards to the Service Department! I have purchased four cars from them and the sales department is great and a true pleasure to work with but the service department usually is really bad. Today was my first visit with my new 4 Runner and all it needed was it's 5,000 mile service which is rotate the tires, check the fluid and a multi point inspection. My appointment was at 10:15 and I got there at 10:05. I live out of state and 45 Minutes away and it's a process and a huge chunk out of my day to come there for service. They took my vehicle right in and drove it into a bay and there it sat, untouched for an hour and a half! At 11:30 after waiting with a covid 19 mask on in the waiting area, I was about to tell the female sitting around slurping on an iced coffee Alyssa that checked me in to just give me my keys back and my car and I will take it to jiffy lube or something. At 11:35 some guy got in my truck and drove it to a work bay and his rotation of 4 tires, fluid check and multi point inspection took him all of 13 minutes and he brought the truck back and dropped the keys. I waited another 15 Minutes for Alyssa to finish her coffee, staple some paperwork and return my car to me. I was pretty angry and asked her why it took 2 hours to do a 13 minute job and she looked offended and said "Uh sir, we are very busy!" and appeared offended as if I should be thanking her for even looking at my truck! I asked why I should even make an appointment seeing they are clearly over booked! This is the usual for their service department, Covid or no Covid if you are going to their service department either pack a lunch or have a friend bring a car to go somewhere and don't bother making an appointment, it seems they are doing first come first served anyway! Chan is usually a good person to deal with but he was not there today! There were also a few angry people in the waiting room one telling me he was there for an hour and a half waiting for an oil change! More
