Hsaeed, As you are aware of the issue with the 2014 F-150 my daughter Autumn Bell purchased a few weeks ago has several issues, first of all 2 days after purchase she called her salesman Chris Grossman F-150 my daughter Autumn Bell purchased a few weeks ago has several issues, first of all 2 days after purchase she called her salesman Chris Grossman and told him about the fan running non stop and that it didn't seem normal and he said he would talk to his manager and call back, well no return call, so day 4 Autumn called again and Dido. So on 5/20/2026 we took it to your service department for diagnosis, it has a bad water pump in which it was sold with a bad water pump. I called today your dealership and asked to speak with you, of course no call was received along with Roy funk who was suppose to call me back for updates, well now they say Hamza & Roy are gone for the day. Customer service has been the worst I have ever seen from any dealership and it's not a lack of communication it is no communication at all and topping it off is this was my daughters first ever vehicle purchase and to have to experience such crappy service from your dealership is pathetic. This experience will not be silent! More

The dealership was awesome. Chris was a very helpful salesman. Most of our communication was through text because of my job. It doesn’t allow me to talk on the phone as much as Chris was a very helpful salesman. Most of our communication was through text because of my job. The only time I actually talk to him is when I signed the papers to get the truck I like this Ford hybrid I’ve never had one before, but I’m learning to love it.
