On February 6, 2026, we went to Honda of Kenosha to purchase a blue CRV. We worked with Ken, Salesman, and Jon,
Sales Floor Manager. We saw an offer of 0% interest for 48 months. We were told that it was not available without
Easycare. We did not want Easycare., and stated that to both men. We negotiated a deal for $41K and 1% for four
years after 4 hours at the dealership. Many minor additions were added for $1. We then met with Amos, Finance
Director, and he started trying to sell us Easycare. We continued to say no thank you, we don't want it. We did agree to
Road Hazard at a cost of $1.699. He never showed us the final price of the vehicle, which was somehow now $48K. He
just indicated the monthly payment amount. All Easycare sheets were not signed by us. (Please see the copies in your
file.) After 6 hours total, we signed the paperwork and gave $1,000 of an agreed upon down payment of $15,000. All the
financial figures were done by Amos. We will have less than 40K miles when this Easycare program is done. It would be
stupid for me to buy it. I received no paperwork from Amos until a week later when I brought in the $14,000 down payment
balance. If you want to correct this situation remove the $3,774 for Easycare Service Contract and $598 Easycare
maintenance, I will give the dealer a 4-star rating.
From the moment I stepped into Honda Kenosha, I felt

Anas A. made the entire process smooth and enjoyable from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind, taking the time to walk me through every feature and option that fit comfortably within my budget — all without a hint of pressure.
Mousa, the General Sales Manager, personally greeted and thanked me for coming in, which made the experience feel even more special. He went above and beyond by adding thoughtful incentives that truly elevated the overall purchase.
Amos in finance was equally impressive — transparent, thorough, and clear in explaining every detail of my trade-in and paperwork. I left feeling confident, informed, and genuinely valued.
