Mousa, worked me on the price of the vehicle and we agreed on one price but that is not what I paid, I was charged more than agreed on. Donald Rees was the most unprofessional salesman I have ever enco agreed on one price but that is not what I paid, I was charged more than agreed on. Donald Rees was the most unprofessional salesman I have ever encountered. Stay away from him, he will hike up your numbers, won't provide the documentation as promised and talks to you as you have not done your research for the last 9 months. He is insulting. Their website actually stated $32,060, the offer that was made by Mousa $30,160. However at the end what I did not realize I signed, the cost they charged me for the car was $32,991. More than their website had listed for the vehicle . No one could explain the service fees. So ask for details on service fees. Mousa agreed on $30,160. They do not stand on their word. I have called them both in regards to my title, the chip on my windshield, and the email for my certification and no reply from either of them. Take caution when buying from this dealership in particular with Donald Rees. And take pictures of the offer that is on paper. That is why Donald did not give me the paperwork. Mousa offer of $30,160 was in there. No integrity. More

Picked out a car in the first 20 minutes and they made me wait around for 3 hours to buy it. Also made me purchase items I didn’t want for $2000.
