I scheduled an inspection about 1 week in advance and also asked to check my a/c coolant. My appointment was at 7:40 AM last Tuesday. This should take about an hour or two so I planned to wait and instead was told I needed to uber home (at expense of the dealership). It took until nearly noon the next day. I had no car and this was just avoidable in my mind. Perhaps do g book a scheduled appointment for simple service when you know it’s a two day process. I’m 57, never in my life has something like this happened. It was senseless, inconvenient and didn’t seem to raise any eyebrows at the dealership other than mine. Something is very wrong with that.
