There's no negotiating so there is no hassle or stress. You test drive, you see the price, if it checks out with your mechanic then you either want it or you don't at the listed price. The prices are set to sell. I worked with Tori and she was great, following up regularly on both phone and text to check in with the process and if I needed any more information or help. I was also under the gun time-wise the day I went to purchase/pick up and Tara worked diligently with me to move the process along as quickly as she could without error. I told them I was short on time and she worked as best she could to have everything ready for me. As I said, it was our second purchase from Bourne, and we'll be back again. More

David Olson in the business office was completely transparent when discussing finance options and worked efficiently to complete all required documentation. Any stress I anticipated in the auto shopping process was non-existent in my experience at Bourne’s. As soon as I got to Bourne’s I was test driving lots of vehicles until I found the one that best suited me. The real standout was Tori. We spoke ahead of time and she was extremely understanding and responsive to all my questions. I was very hesitant to drive an hour away, but Tori made this process (do I dare say) easy! Just be aware that because the prices are very reasonable, it is really busy on Saturdays. They have vehicle storage nearby so you might have to wait a little bit if you are looking at multiple cars. More
