Great Experience Start to Finish I purchased a 2017 Acura RDX, and the whole process was great. We called ahead and my husband spoke to Greg Cummings. He was with another customer when we arrived (the place was mobbed!), but he greeted us and got us started test driving cars pretty quickly. We found one to purchase..and also got to catch up with some old friends...Russell Burnham...and Lisa Tonucci-Sweet (hadn't seen in person in over 30 years!) On the day before Thanksgiving I picked up the vehicle, and dealt with a woman named Amy on the phone as we were driving, as well as Jose Garcia. Both were extremely helpful, as we were having issues getting the documents squared away from my insurance company (their systems were down). Jose was great helping us with registration and pickup (even though he didn't sell us the car). I felt like everyone working there was professional, responsive and customer service oriented. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

The finance process was amazing and I got an extraordinarily low APR loan using their in house finance rep. Will certainly return for all future vehicle purchases. I saw Bourne’s Auto Center come up over & over & over again as a highly recommended place, so I started researching. I now completely understand their high recommendations & ratings - they are phenomenal. I completely trusted the process - not my typical experience buying a used car. And we ended up with a great vehicle at a very fair price & they readily addressed all questions we had about the vehicle after test driving it. And not only was the experience easy, it was actually fun ... they have a staff that is unlike any other I’ve ever seen in the auto sales business ... they are extremely personable, and their interactions with customers, but even more impressive - eachother, is truly remarkable & something I took note of. Management, I hope you know how special your staff really is! Emmett was our Sales Associate and when I’m in the need of another car, I’ll definitely come looking for him again. The car was cleaned and checked for recalls prior to me even purchasing. Before picking up the vehicle, it was sent to the shop for anything that was not perfect (including paint scuffs or software updates; both of which were pointed out by the dealer as courtesy to me). The easiest car shopping experience we’ve ever had! My husband and I came in looking for a new vehicle at Bourne’s because we had been given a recommendation by friends. We had already done our research My husband and I came in looking for a new vehicle at Bourne’s because we had been given a recommendation by friends. We had already done our research on their website and requested to test drive a couple of cars. We were greeted by very friendly employees who helped us right away. The cars were ready for us. It was super busy in there, but it seemed very organized, everyone knew what they were supposed to be doing. Jose was our sales person and he was friendly, relaxed and not pushy. As soon as we picked which car we wanted, he made it as easy as possible for us. He explained our options, but didn’t try to sell us on anything else. We had our two small children with us so it was very important to us that the process was fast and easy- which is was! Carlos, helped explain our financing and warranty options. He was also very relaxed and knew his stuff. Overall, it was a great experience. Fast, friendly and we felt good when we left. More
