This was our 3rd vehicle with them and we are repeat customers for a reason. No hassle lowest price and immaculate vehicles helped make the process relatively painless. My only gripe was that the vehicle I purchased wasn’t detailed but if that’s the only issue(which it was) then I’ll take it. Thanks Jose and the Bourne family for helping us Ripleys…again More

Beware their bait and switch tactics. They’ll tell you the car you are interested in is available, only to suddenly find out it was “just” sold when you walk in the door after a 40+ minut They’ll tell you the car you are interested in is available, only to suddenly find out it was “just” sold when you walk in the door after a 40+ minute drive. Less than an hour earlier the car had been “unable to be driven” and it was driven and sold in the time I spent traveling to the dealership?? I find that difficult to believe. They definitely had sold the car before I even left for their store but still wanted me in the door. I left without looking at anything else and I will be advising everyone I know who is looking for a used car to avoid this place! More
