The BMW staff was very knowledgeable and customer focused. We ordered a new vehicle build from the factory with the expectation that it would take 2-3 months to deliver. It took less than one month. Once notified, Anatoliy worked hard to streamline the process and paperwork so that we could minimize the time at the dealership. The overall experience was commendable. When the car was being delivered i gave them specific instructions on what to do with the car and they were more than helpful and accommodated all my needs. They went above and beyond and i was treated like family. I even left with a few gifts! Noha in finance was very professional and friendly. Even after taking delivery, Agata helped answer every question i had over the phone and went above and beyond. Overall, i had the best experience and wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else! By 1PM, I was out of the dealer and on my way home wit I called at 8:55am to let him know I wanted to purchase the X5M Competition that was in stock.
