Wasn't ready at first but came back for the service! I walked into Valley Honda shortly when I finally had some free time from fixing my home for sale. I was not able to buy a car right away, but I stil I walked into Valley Honda shortly when I finally had some free time from fixing my home for sale. I was not able to buy a car right away, but I still wanted to test drive a Crosstour and see if this was the car for me when my house was sold. I met up with Ray and told him that right from the get go. He understood completely, we test drove a certified Crosstour, ran some numbers, and went on our way. On the way out, Ray told me "If it's meant to be, it'll be here when you're ready." I decided to check out another dealer the experience there was dismal at best. The salesman was perplexed and I was eventually told "the car won't be here when you want it." I fully understood that risk, but I didn't want to buy a car I know I couldn't afford. When I was finally ready, I call in to see if he was available so we could go through the sale, and I found out it was Ray's day off. To be honest, I really wanted to deal with Ray. He is an awesome salesman and I didn't want someone else to get his comission in the sale. Come to find out, Ray was willing to come on his day off so he could process the sale of the car! Ended walking out with a smile from ear to ear and new (er, Certified used) car keys in hand! More

Worth the Trip! We drove a bit farther past a Honda Dealership closer to our house to visit Valley Honda. I wont lie, we went because they had the exact car we were looking for. However, after visiting Valley Honda, I would make the drive again. The dealership is top notch, very impressive from the minute you walk in the door! We arrived when the store opened and were greeted by their friendly receptionist who introduced us to our salesman Ray Luttrell who was awesome! Ray gave us very personalized attention, considered our needs and concerns. He was very thorough explaining all the paperwork and features of the car. The deal was great, a very painless transaction. Ray even rolled me around the showroom to finance to the car delivery on a chair as I was on crutches! We felt no pressure at this dealership and would highly recommend them to anyone! They have a wonderful selection of vehicles to choose from and their service area was also very impressive. Definitely a wonderful car buying experience!! More

Kurt Gonzalez and Chris Berrera were the two sales people we worked with. We have worked with Kurt before and he is the reason we came Back to Valley Honda.
