Excellent repeat customer experience! We leased an Odyssey through Andrew a few years back and the lease had come due. We had an excellent experience leasing the vehicle with Valley Honda We leased an Odyssey through Andrew a few years back and the lease had come due. We had an excellent experience leasing the vehicle with Valley Honda, so asked to deal with Andrew specifically again as we looked to replace the van. He did not disappoint. We wound up pulling off a pretty complex transaction which included returning the leased van, trading in a VW Passat and then leasing a new CR-V AND a new Passport. Andrew stayed with us through the whole process and kept it running smoothly, coordinating several steps in the process simultaneously so we moved along at a reasonable pace. From test drives to final delivery, Andrew listened attentively and patiently answered questions. There was no "gamesmanship" in the process, Andrew was straightforward, helping us get to the best deals for us and shepherding the whole day to a win-win. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Andrew again - in fact, I look forward to it. He's knowledgeable, pleasant and a clear communicator. I think I got a very good price for it plus it was certified, that was one of my decisions to buy the Pilot. I recently got in a car accident and my vehicle got totaled and the finance help me with holding my deposit till I get my money from my insurance for my other vehicle that got totaled. Everyone I talked to were very polite. This is my first Honda vehicle and very happy so far. Would very much recommend Valley Honda in Aurora. More

I was bent on getting into one of the very few remaining manual white 2018 Civic EX-T’s. If I wasn’t able to accomplish this (And to put it in perspective, there was one of these vehicles in driving distance, 5 hours away), I was prepared to settle on either purchasing my lease or extending the lease for another 12 months. Because I drove 100 miles round trip to work per day, Andrew enlightened me as to how keeping my vehicle would be the poorer of the two choices. He was exceedingly patient with me while I asked him to prepare each possible scenario as I needed to be able to visualize the numbers before making my decision. I am a pain like that. Andrew’s professionalism never wavered as he provided me with all of the information I needed. Once decided that I would buy out my lease a few months early to ensure the best financing rates, Mario assisted me in getting a phenomenal interest rate, keeping me updated step by step, and secured me a warranty that met my needs. Above and beyond the measure of customer service, Mario mailed me the paperwork as visiting Valley Honda was not in my realm of possibilities. Unfortunately, as Murphy’s law would have it, I was laid off the day after receiving the paperwork and had to make the choice to extend my lease for another 12 months to finish school. Looking at the long goal, this choice would allow me the opportunity to purchase the exact vehicle I want when school ends. Mario and Andrew were very understanding and did not pressure me into making a decision that would have made me uncomfortable. With the world-class service that I received from Andrew and Mario, I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends and family. So if you are reading this, you are more than likely in the market for a Honda, and I will encourage you to visit these fine gentlemen at Valley. More
