I was pretty clear on what product I was interested in, why I was interested in it, and that I would like to test drive the vehicle. Tom stayed focused on my stated interests and needs which clearly showed that he had been listening. Tom’s product knowledge was outstanding not only in his introduction of the vehicle, but right through the delivery process. Tom communicated to me how the vehicle met my stated needs.
