I tried to negotiate the Edmunds report I had but he would barely budge. I thought they would stand behind their website statement "Compare our upfront price to the Edmunds.com TrueMarketValue and see how much you can save by shopping with Hyundai of St. Augustine." It would have been a good savings if I got it for the Edmunds price but it was a reasonable price so we bought the SUV. The vehicle is very nice and we enjoy driving it. We did have a minor issue with the purchase that Jack wasn't helpful with but it got resolved by one of the owners. I think Jack needs to read up on their website quotes, "All of our team members have one goal in mind…to exceed expectations and delight our guests everyday!" Everyone but Jack exceeded my expectations. More

First Class Dealership In Every Facet Of Operations Just under 3 years ago I purchased a new Elantra from Hyundai of St. Augustine and it was quite possibly the best car buying experience I have ever ha Just under 3 years ago I purchased a new Elantra from Hyundai of St. Augustine and it was quite possibly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Since then I have had all routine service performed at the dealership. (Never needed anything but routine service) Recently and after admiring the 2015 Sonata I decided to explore trading up to the Sonata. Considering my positive experience with sales and service from Hyundai of St. Augustine, logically they were my starting point. Well, let me tell you, my first buying experience was no fluke and 2 weeks ago I drove home in a 2015 Sonata from Hyundai of St. Augustine. Everyone was every bit as attentive as the first time. Unfortunately, they did not have the exact car (features/color) on the lot but within 2 days the inventory manager managed to get the exact car I wanted. Everyone including the salesman Shawn and sales manager Wade worked diligently to offer me the best trade allowance and final purchase price on the 2015 Sonata that I could expect. Needless to say I am very pleased with the whole transaction. I have almost 3 years of experience with their service department and 2 new cars so I know this dealership from all aspects and the bottom line is this is a First Class dealership all the way. Everyone and I do mean everyone treats the customer with courtesy and respect and you can browse the showroom and car lot without being pressured or pounced on like most car dealership. With confidence I would highly recommend Hyundai of St. Augustine to anyone and everyone. Keep up the good work, you are a jewel in a highly competitive industry. And a special thanks to Andrew Difeo, the General Manager, because he is the man that sets the example. More
