I took my car this week for its first scheduled maintenance service. Andy in the Service Department was very efficient in completing the necessary paperwork for my appointment and answering the man maintenance service. Andy in the Service Department was very efficient in completing the necessary paperwork for my appointment and answering the many questions I had. He also told me how long the service would take and my car was returned to me exactly when he said it would be! I needed to have the Navigation System re-explained to me as I hadn't driven my car for quite some time. Robert Lisi provided me, once again, with the information I was seeking! It is such a pleasure doing business at Mercedes-Benz of Princeton! More

Professional, courteous, on-time service Have used this dealership for the last 13 yrs, since we moved into the area. Service has consistently met or exceeded expectations. Facilities are first-rate. Last week the auxiliary battery in my car (2015 S class) malfunctioned; it had to be replaced. I was told to come in the next morning first thing, no appointment needed, as for express service and it would take about an hour. I arrived at 8 am, saw the service adviser within 5 min. and was on my way with a new battery and a nicely washed vehicle by 9:15 am. The dealership charges a hefty price for parts and labor, but no more than other Mercedes dealers. You get premium service at a premium price. For me, that is a reasonable deal. More
