This is my 2nd Outback (first was a new 2013 Outback) from Grand Subaru. And I ALWAYS use their service department because it is so good. Anthony LaPorta was my salesman this time, and he could not have from Grand Subaru. And I ALWAYS use their service department because it is so good. Professional, kind and courteous. No sales pressure, they let you browse at your own comfortable pace. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish at Grand Subaru. Santi Valdez, the sales associate who assisted me was great. Drew in finance was also friendly, personable, and funny. More importantly he was patient and explained things to me. He even drew a graph to help me understand something I couldn’t figure out on my own. It was an amazing car buying experience. More
