I created my appointment online and requested a certain representative during the online appointment and when I arrived that representative was there, but I did not get him .. Also, I came in for an Oil ch representative during the online appointment and when I arrived that representative was there, but I did not get him .. Also, I came in for an Oil change and was told during the process that when my car was finished in the service department, it wouldn’t start and my battery was dead… We have never had a problem with our battery since we bought our car from you in 2022… I went ahead and bought a new battery l, which we feell should have been under warranty .. The service department was amazing. I had a great interaction with everyone with the exception of my service associate. Brian. Brian was very patronizing and condescending and did not tell me upfront how the process would take place.. exception of my service associate. Brian. I dropped my vehicle off a little after 11, he asked me if I would be waiting on my vehicle and I told him no my daughter would pick me up.He said he would text me and let me know once there was a diagnosis I did not hear from him so I called him at 5 o’clock. He then told me that it could take 24 to 48 hours before I had a diagnosis I was floored I said I should’ve been informed of that when I dropped my vehicle off he told me that he had told me that. I reminded him of how our conversation went and he denied it. I said that’s neither here or there I wasn’t gonna go back-and-forth with him and I told him that I would see him once he called me. I called back again and asked him if I had purchased rental car coverage . He told me he didn’t know and that he’d have to have a diagnosis first before he could check to find out, I said oh OK hung up again and I never heard from him until I got a text the following day at 3:16 that my vehicle. should be ready tomorrow or Thursday because it had a differential problem which is what I told him from the beginning because my friend had the same exact problem. I got a text an hour later. Saying my vehicle is ready. So at this point I feel like he was trying to aggravate me by telling me at 3:16 my vehicle should be ready tomorrow or Thursday when in fact, it was ready an hour later, so when I came to pick up the vehicle, I spoke with the manager, Andrew, who was very polite and very helpful and satisfied my concerns and “feelings” about Brian. We all have a bad day from time to time. I am a people person and took time to reflect on how I may have caused Brian to ‘feel’ a certain way towards me, but I could not recall any justification for his negativity. Even if there had been a justification there is no way someone in a service oriented field has a right to have a customer feel uncomfortable or disrespected. You can always get your point across in a professional manner. More

My car needed the service because Tameron damaged my car while in their possession of fixing a recall. My advisor CT was helpful but I was given the manager Andrew to help resolve the situation. Andrew offered up to fix it and to give me a loaner car while it’s being fixed. He told me he would let me know when he had a timeline of when I can have my car back. When I got the loaner car, I kept hearing something moving in the trunk while I was driving home. Also while I was driving home, I noticed there was soda spilled all over the center console and some on the steering wheel. When I got home, I opened the trunk to find a folding chair and a used bottle of soda. I called Tamron to let them know that there was stuff in the trunk and that the car wasn’t clean. They told me to come back by and they would remove the stuff from the trunk, but the dealer is not an I called Tamron to let them know that there was stuff in the trunk and that the car wasn’t clean. After a couple days, I had to call Andrew. He said it would be done Wednesday and that they would fix my bumper as a courtesy on top of fixing the damage that they caused. I also asked him to make sure the car was clean. He said yes they clean the car after every body shop fix. Wednesday at 4:30 PM I had not received a call from Andrew so I called him. He was unable to answer, but relayed a message that the car was not ready and that they would call me when it was most likely the next day Thursday. Friday midday is when they finally called to tell me my car was ready to be picked up when I went to the dealer to pick up the car. I was trying to explain to them about the stuff in the trunk and the car was dirty. They cut me off and wanted to tell me to pull my car up so they could move the stuff from the trunk to my car, I said no it is not mine. It was from the previous person who drove this car because you did not clean this car. Then I inspected my car and there were smudges, water marks, tape residue. Also, when I went inside the car, there was a open bottle of a sports drink, Tameron paper number sign, and a sonic straw shoved into the center console. So I question CT if the car was even clean, he said yes they always clean the cars. I showed him and another advisor, the smudges, tape, residue and water marks so CT got a microfiber and try to help me clean them off. The was cleaned but a day or so ago, like Wednesday. I did not appreciate them holding onto my car. I also did not appreciate them using my car as trash and I do not appreciate, assuming they did, taking my car to sonic. More
