I have always been skeptical of dealerships and the sales department when purchasing a vehicle. So, a 12+ ⭐ rating for Headquarter Honda from my husband and me is a huge deal. We were most impressed with the department when purchasing a vehicle. So, a 12+ ⭐ rating for Headquarter Honda from my husband and me is a huge deal. We were most impressed with the honesty and integrity displayed by all of the people we worked with. We cannot compliment Paul and Andy enough for their professionalism, patience, helpfulness, and friendliness. Paul worked out a deal we felt was totally agreeable and took the time to meet us, chat with us, and make us feel like family. When we asked for a reference for an advanced security system he referred us to Omar at Creative Auto Boutique; what an excellent recommendation! Thank you Paul! Andy went above and beyond, not only helping us with all of the paperwork and details of purchasing the car, he was also very thorough in explaining the features of the Elite, and kept asking if we needed more information. He encouraged us to get in touch with him if we had any more questions or concerns. We are looking for a home in the Clermont area and he even took the time to tell us about the area and places and restaurants to visit. Tom came over and introduced himself and chatted for a bit. We enjoyed our chat but more importantly that he took the time to come meet us. Anthony was very friendly and efficient with our financing and took the time to give us his advice on issues we asked about and researched some info on Honda Link for us as well. Even Heather followed up immediately, first thing on Monday! This is truly the first time we have ever had fun buying a car! We laughed while purchasing, several times in fact! It is obvious Headquarter Honda has a mission statement that includes integrity, honesty, and building trust, while making the customer feel at ease and welcomed. Thank you Headquarter Honda, Paul, Andy, Tom, and Anthony for making our Honda purchase even more special. You can't put a price on sincere customer service with integrity. More

Andy was nice. Funny. Good small talk. Willing to go out of his way to help us. Selling us a Hyundai at headquarters Honda. He did his best. His honesty was top notch as well. My only quarrel is with the de of his way to help us. Selling us a Hyundai at headquarters Honda. He did his best. His honesty was top notch as well. My only quarrel is with the dealerships online postings. They set their online price lower to get you into the door. Then that price rises by $2,000 once you get handed the paper work. Maybe that’s our fault for not thinking ahead. But the car industry is what it is. Be careful. They also really push extended warranties. More
