This is the third vehicle we have purchased with Erica and the 4th Honda at Honda of Lincoln. There is something to be said about the way this entire business is run from the top to the bottom. Erica is very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, helpful in guiding the customer through the entire buying experience with character and poise and is never forceful or makes you feel uncomfortable or pushed at any point during the entire process. Erica truly is a sales “professional” in every sense of the word. We have purchased many vehicles during our married life and without a doubt, Erica Tunink and Honda of Lincoln always have provided the best experience. That cannot be said for many of the other places we have purchased vehicles and never gone back to purchase another one. There is a reason that we keep coming back to Erica Tunink and Honda of Lincoln. Add to that the excellent after sale experience through the service department! The entire service team is top notch from the service writers, to the the lube techs, to the service technicians to the cashiers - everyone has the customer experience in mind in all of their customer interactions. We also had an opportunity to interact with Andy Goodyear, Zach Alexander, Jeff Williams, Sue Wetherbee, and Chad Erwin through this buying process. They were all very personable and great to deal with. I would highly recommend Erica Tunink and Honda of Lincoln for all of your car buying needs. There is a reason why Honda Of Lincoln continues to win the Honda President’s Award!! And it tis the same reason why we continue to return to Honda of Lincoln to purchase new vehicles. More

Honda of Lincoln is a premier dealership in Nebraska. We've been doing business with them since 1988 and this is probably the 13th or 14th vehicle we've purchased from them. Sales Manager, Andy Goodyear and Salesman John Partington are first rate--we've never ever been disappointed with ANY service, purchase, repairs or customer service. And when it comes to the paperwork and fine print, Chad Erwin absolutely kills it! I just can't say enough good things about this dealership and these people.
