In 2008, I realized that I needed to make a career change. I spent the previous 19 years in the restaurant industry, and the long hours were really beginning to take their toll. After applying for a job at Don Ayres, I was immediately impressed with the company’s family-friendly approach to business. Everyone welcomed me to the dealership, something that I pass along to our new employees. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Melissa, and our Weimaraner, Remington Steele (Remy). We also enjoy boating in our vintage Correct Craft. I enjoy helping customers not only at time of purchase, but later on down the line when questions arise on how to use their new vehicle's technology (I'm a bit of a tech geek)!

Andy Hitzemann came through again. He found the perfect Honda Pilot that I was looking for. In fact, it was better than I expected. I have purchased and/or leased all my cars from this dealership since 1986, without exception... even when I lived out of the area, passing over other Honda dealerships. Appreciate the no pressure sales and the effort Andy made to keep me informed when cars came into the dealer that had what I was interested in. Videos made for me gave me an idea of the condition of the use to keep me informed when cars came into the dealer that had what I was interested in. Andy Hitzemann did a great job with the whole process of getting me the CRV I wanted especially during these difficult times of even getting a new vehicle. He kept me well informed throughout the whole experience. This is the 4th car I have purchased at Don Ayres for my kids and myself and I am sure it won't be the last. Don Ayres has a great sales and service team, the best part I have never felt pressured and when things are coming up they let you know ahead of time instead of when your vehicle is sitting on a lift. Another great job!!! More
