We purchased a 2024 Trailblazer and brought it back within a week with engine issues. So now I'm in a rental vehicle for the unforeseeable future which I cannot put snow tires on. I live in the hilltowns where we tend to get a lot of snow and have a six hundred foot, steep driveway. While Andy Lobb has been great, his hands are tied. Management will not allow us to exchange vehicles, just have to wait for a diagnosis and HOPE it can be fixed. So I'm stuck, stressed, and frustrated! More
