It took over 3 hours for 30,000 mile maintenance. When I arrived to pick up the car, I stood outside 15 minutes for my car to be brought forward. Inspection of tires and tread depth were all rated the same (6). Not sure how they could all be the same when one tire was replaced at 18,000 miles. More

I have always liked Maita Toyota and I, and my family, have bought several Toyotas there over the last many years. I typically have had no problems at all with Maita's service. My mother and I had just brought our 2020 Toyota Camrys in to have an "express" oil change and tire rotation service performed on our vehicles. Now, I'm sure that their mechanics did the servicing very well on our vehicles, but it took three looooong hours for some reason. When I think of the word "express", three hours doesn't enter my mind. Again, I have always enjoyed doing business with Maita Toyota, but this "express" service was quite long and drawn out. More
