Angel, my service coordinator, did a poor job communicating with me regarding the progress on my car. I had to call repeatedly to get a response. My tire was under warranty and Angel did not he communicating with me regarding the progress on my car. I had to call repeatedly to get a response. My tire was under warranty and Angel did not help me with that. Instead, I needed to pay for my new tires and contact the manager of the service department in order to get a credit for my warranty. I've been using Maita (and bought at least three cars from them) for over 20 years. Angel provided the worst service I ever experienced. More
