However, our team worked directly with American Honda Motor Co. to secure goodwill assistance on your behalf, which significantly reduced your portion of the cost. Norm Reeves Honda does not manufacture Honda vehicles, and as a dealership, our warranty responsibility covers workmanship on services performed. In this case, the part that failed was manufactured by American Honda, not an issue related to workmanship. Because of that, the manufacturer’s goodwill participation was the appropriate coverage path. We understand how unexpected repairs can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your loyalty and patience as we worked to obtain the best possible outcome for you.
