Extremely slow with everything. Finance Mgrs are a joke. The deal one manager worked up for me was completely different than when I came back to buy. They didn’t detail my used purchase when I came to pick up. Lied about adding a new bumper and running boards. Hated it!! My only saving grace was my sales guy! He and his beard got me through the process. He tried very hard to keep me calm! I received no paperwork. I had to come back for my tag. I have no idea how about the $999 additional charge (app) and how to use it. I only received 1 key! I love my Jeep but I hate this place! More
