CROOKS! THEY DO BAIT & SWITCH, LIE & DECEIVE!!! CROOKS! They engage in unethical BAIT & SWITCH and other shady sales tactics! Beware!! Do NOT ever buy a car from Acura of Pembroke Pines!!! Go to CROOKS! They engage in unethical BAIT & SWITCH and other shady sales tactics! Beware!! Do NOT ever buy a car from Acura of Pembroke Pines!!! Go to another dealer. Here's our horrible experience with them in June, 2019 (pictures attached): We've been looking for either a low mi. used or CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) 2019 Acura RDX SH-AWD A-Spec for our daughter; been looking online for months and seeing the values/prices decrease over time since the new model year, 2020's are already at Acura dealerships now. The vehicle has an MSRP of $45k-$46k but there are CPO and used ones all over the US for $37k-$41k. We went to the Acura of Pembroke Pines website and CarGurus website and noticed a few "New" 2019's still available according to their website and CarGurus. So, we inquired about them and sent an e-mail through CarGurus, asking how much off for one of the "brand new" (left-over since it arrived in the Fall, 2018) 2019 Acura RDX SH-AWD A-Spec (specifically the white exterior / black interior). It was just a few minutes that we received an e-mail back from Anthony Morales" - part of the Acura of Pembroke Pines Internet Sales Team, who simply e-mailed back saying "$40,100" (see picture). Okay then, that makes sense as they're trying to get rid of the left over 2019's since they already have the 2020's on the lot which they're trying to sell as well. So, we rushed down to the dealership and since Anthony was "busy," we saw another Internet sales team guy, Ryan Reeves. To our surprise, Ryan informed us that Anthony was "mistaken" and that price wasn't for a brand new one (as it showed on their website); they claimed they didn't know why one of their Internet sales team members was so confused and where he got that amount. Then, Ryan went to go speak with the GSM (Gen Sales Mgr) and came back after about 15min. saying he had great news...in 1 week, they were expecting a slightly used "untitled" RDX SH-AWD A-Spec that just happened to be used ONLY by the dealership's owner (or wife or other family member in Utah)...but "only for < 800 mi." and we could buy that one for $39,500 with some accessories thrown in at no charge since they had made a mistake before on our new vehicle inquiry. They mentioned that because it was never titled, it couldn't be CPO'd and had to be sold as a "new" vehicle. Sounded a bit fishy, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt, although we expected further details from the Sales Mgr. But Dino, the Sales Mgr never had the guts to come outside his fishbowl office to meet us and explain. After we left the dealership, we confirmed with Ryan that the vehicle was in fact coming into the dealership the following week, BUT he had another couple BIG SURPRISES for us...that they cannot sell it for $39,500 AND it DIDN'T have < 800 mi. on it; it actually had >6,300 mi. on it and had huge gauges/scrapes on the lower driver's door (see picture) AND they wanted to sell it for $41,000 and not a penny less!!!!!! So, not only did they renege on our deal but they're actually trying to sell a very USED car as a "new" car with a lot of miles and body damage!!!! And again, to be clear, it's LAST YEAR'S Model used > 6,300 mi. as a "demo" by the dealership owner's wife or other family member and it was involved in a small accident and has an MSRP of $46k and they're trying to sell it as a "NEW" vehicle (not even Certified Pre-Owned) for $41k? Excuse me? And, to top it all off, they're now claiming they don't have any left-over 2019 Acura RDX SH-AWD A-Spec vehicles left in stock, even though their website still shows 2 in stock. Exactly WHAT KIND of RACKET is occurring at Acura of Pembroke Pines? Caveat Emptor! Let the Buyer Beware!!! Stay Away from Acura of Pembroke Pines!!!! :( In the meantime, shortly after our horrendous experience with Acura of Pembroke Pines, we ended up purchasing a low-mi., 1-owner 2019 CPO (Certified Pre-Owned w/ extended warranty) Acura RDX SH-AWD A-Spec from another Acura dealership for $39k ($7k OFF MSRP) which demonstrated the utmost honesty, integrity, and professionalism...no lies, no bait & switch, no questionable sales tactics, no b.s....not 1 issue whatsoever! :) More

These guys are always on point I don't have time to mess around when it comes to my transport. He is the most professional managers I have ever done busimess with. Mr. Chan takes pride in his department as of it we're his own. Acura of Pembroke Pines is lucky to have that guy, and I am confident he will run an multi million dollar organization one day. Cheers More

Poor - Worst Service Ever! Where's my car?!? Broke on Day 1 I bought a used car from you guys on Friday, 3 days ago. Paid cash. Proof of insurance and to drive off the lot. I drove it home...up to Westin where I bought a used car from you guys on Friday, 3 days ago. Paid cash. Proof of insurance and to drive off the lot. I drove it home...up to Westin where it died in my driveway. My daughter texted the sales guy...Ryan to let him know. Ryan said that the mechanic that had put gas in the car and washed it had left a jumper box in the trunk and wanted it back. So I had to drive back to you guys. The mechanis was there and was eager to get the jumper box back...but didnot want thecar keys or help me out with the dead battery. He told me to go talk to the boss man andso I did. The guythat took my money about an hour earlierwas there and didn't even acknowlegdge mw. He saw me. But hey...I guess he had gotten his money and had no more intrest in me.. Anyway...the boss guy said he would have the mechanics take a look and get me a battery that works. So we agreed on leaving it overnight, thank the lord, and they would drop a new battery in it on Saturday. No call on Saturday, no call on Sunday, no call today Monday. My daughterhas been texting or talking to Ryan and now they are saying maybe Tuesday. Are you kidding me?!?! To put a battery in?!?! I am the one that boufht the car...I am the one that is listed at primerary telephone number, email. What is going on?!? I wish I could give youguys a zero...but the ""awesome" app won't allow me. Kinda wish I could get my car and never come back again. I'll be letting my friends, neighbors and families know thattheyshould watch out for you guys. Biggest Acura dealership ever! Stay clear. Can someone get this taken care of pkease, let the employees know that I am not happy and get that car running, please. BTW...thw steering is messed up on the car, as well. Once you get it out on the open road....yikes. Swerving all over the place...hopefully it wont cause my daughter to drive off into a canal some day. Thanks and enjoy the rest of your day. More
