This was a complex job but I was always updated on what's happening. Although the service took some time due to part delays I was giving a rental that fully satisfied my needs. Two items that were frustrating; 1) It amazes me that a dealership has no way to adjust the seat temperature, and 2) At a place where you could spend 100’s to 1000’s the dealership chose to implement a fee dealership has no way to adjust the seat temperature, and 2) At a place where you could spend 100’s to 1000’s the dealership chose to implement a fee to use a credit card. Really? That is the epitome of cheap at a state of the art dealership. Raise your prices a couple percent, call it a day, and stop nickel and diming people spending money in your shop. Having that choice at a neighborhood restaurant is one thing, but not at a car dealership. Otherwise the people and the service are awesome! More
