I had my loan in place and met with finance and of course he claimed he could give me a 3.5% with all the protection packages for the same payment my credit union offered and would only have 1 pull to my cre he claimed he could give me a 3.5% with all the protection packages for the same payment my credit union offered and would only have 1 pull to my credit. That was untrue. My credit was pulled twice when I was very clear I did not want more than 1 pull to my credit. The protection packages sold to me and explained to me and my daughter were not what was explained. When I called to ask finance who sold the package to me, told me that I misunderstood what he clearly explained to me and my daughter. That is very frustrating. Nothing he said was true. Not the same payment, not same interest rate and packages are not what he explained. More
