Problem with service advisor Had I listened to the first service advisor I talked to I would not have ever returned to the dealership. Without looking at my car he told me my car was not the problem and to keep this from happening again I should not leave my key in the car. Danny Chupak and Anita Smith went above and beyond to correct this situation. They should be applauded. Without Anita and Danny’s assistance my answer above would have been a definite NO. More
