That adjustment reflected flexibility and customer-oriented decision-making. Ana in Finance conducted the documentation and product presentation process in a thorough and professional manner. Options were explained clearly, and our selections were respected without unnecessary pressure. Christian provided an insurance review across multiple carriers and offered objective comparisons, allowing us to make an informed decision.
