Also the dealer doesn't add thousands of dollars worth of items that are not optional - 2 other dealers did this and I was really shocked. The day I picked up my car went very smoothly. KP asked for some stuff ahead of time to get the process going so I didn't have to spend all day at the dealer. Overall great experience! More
