I had been in contact with several area Kia dealers and knew immediately from my interactions with these two ladies that we needed to buy from Jim Butler. My husband and I never once felt like we were being fed a "sales pitch" or sales tactics. We had done our research and they respected that and were nothing but forthcoming on the whole transaction.
