Honda #2! I still had a few months left on my 2016 CR-V but I knew I wanted another Honda when it was time. Well, I walked into the dealership this morning for my scheduled maintenance appointment and decided to walk around the Certified lot. Leon met me outside with a smile. We chatted about the Pilots because that's what I was interested in. Looked at them all & decided to drive the 2017. Loved it! Leon worked his magic, made the process very easy and I now own the 2017 Pilot. Leon Miller was a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, honest & just a great guy. Price negotiation was easy and finance department with Anthony was efficient with no high pressure add on sales. Dealership is a beautiful facility, my daughter loved the cafe. When I came back to drop off paperwork the next day other salesman were eager to assist even though it was not their "deal". Nice to see that type of service. More

Accord-ing To Us, HQ Honda Rocks! We ventured into Headquarter Honda today knowing that my husband’s Mazda 3 was ready to be upgraded, and we were jumping on the Hybrid bandwagon. We w We ventured into Headquarter Honda today knowing that my husband’s Mazda 3 was ready to be upgraded, and we were jumping on the Hybrid bandwagon. We were interested in the Accord Hybrid, but also were planning to test drive the Camry, compare notes and ultimately go with the best deal. But when we walked into HQ Honda, we met the Hybrid Guy - Ryan Rourke. Absolutely phenomenal customer service and incredibly knowledgeable. His passion for hybrids really shone through, and he was so relatable that we didn’t feel like buying a car was the usual high-pressure situation expected from dealerships. From our initial chat about the car we were interested in, to the test drive, to the negotiation, to the contract - Ryan was immensely helpful and great to work with. On the Finance end, we worked with Tony Angle, who assisted us more than a year ago with our purchase of a Honda Pilot. Such a great guy all around - very thorough and makes the money process enjoyable. So yes, we are a Honda family, and I would encourage the central Florida community to choose Headquarter Honda for their car buying needs! More
