When our new RX 350L was ready for us, Marc Jean explained all of the technical functions (that seemed overwhelming to us) in really clear terms that were easy to understand. Our intention was to purchase a used car for our son which we did (the IS 250), but we also ended up going home with an irresistible LC 500 that we fell in love with.
