Thank you, Jason. You may well have retained most of your sales staff. I can only speak to the fact that I have leased four Mazdas in a row from Flood over seven years and, to my knowledge, the salesman in each instance was gone when I discussed my next lease. It didn't create a problem, obviously, and I appreciate not being pestered by a salesman in the midst of my lease. But, if I had any kind of relationship with Flood, my salesman would at least keep a calendar and a couple of notes about my preferences to contact me personally in the event an incentive program arises to keep me attached to Flood for a few more years. As it is, I have initiated such inquiries.
